Tobacco company chooses a virtual reality experience to identify and develop the next generation of talent in the company and ensure the succession in leadership positions with a focus on the medium and long term. To this end, professionals from Spain, Portugal and Andorra in the areas of Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Sales, participate in a session with a multisource and disruptive methodology. Participants perform a variety of tests and experiential dynamics in which they test their skills such as managing pressure and uncertainty, adaptation, collaboration and leadership.
