Development itinerary to promote knowledge among team members, with cohesion, trust and high collaboration

There are 3 stages in the journey:

  1. Promoting knowledge and a shared vision.
  2. Promoting understanding and comprehension between the different functions and roles to face challenges from the importance and value provided by the effective management of empathy, diversity and the search for complementarity.
  3. Consolidating the key aspects of communication to transcend the self and hold conversations with a purpose, to grow as a team of professionals through values such as trust and recognition.

5 workshops for this were held over 4 months in which different methodologies and channels were combined: VR, gamification, webinar and face-to-face.
