What about … Selection processes through virtual reality?

we have accompanied a big four during the first session of their graduate talent program with the aim of identify their future STEM profiles, which will be part of their company. During the morning, the candidates have carried out various practices and we finished with a group dynamic using virtual reality googles. The purpose, to obtain a photo as accurate as possible of each of the profiles, throughout different sources.
