Detecting talent and the coefficient of adaptability

A tobacco company is committed to the virtual reality experience to find, make visible and develop the next generation of future talent in the company and guarantee the replacement in leadership positions with a focus on the medium and long term. To this end, Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Sales professionals from Spain, Portugal and Andorra participated in a session with a multi-source and disruptive methodology, using different tests and experiential dynamics testing skills such as managing pressure and uncertainty, adaptation, collaboration and leadership.
